Order Processing Delays Starting May into June

Update as of June 4th: The new inventory system is now installed and operating, though we are told there might still be some processing errors in the next few days. We’ve been busy behind the scenes here at Casemate Publishers! For the past few months we’ve been working on switching over to a new inventory management system, and we’re thrilled it’s finally about to go live.

What does this mean for you, our lovely bookish audience?

You will still be able to order books on any of our websites. However, there will be a delay on fulfilling your order as a result of this move, where we’ll be unable to ship books out or provide tracking on them until our warehouse and brand-new inventory system are connected with each other.

This means we are not able to process orders the week of May 28th, and the last day to purchase books is May 24th! Any order placed after that date won’t be processed until after June 3rd when the new system is installed.

So, if there are any books you’ve had your eye on, please make sure to place your order before May 24th.

Any order placed through any of our sites after May 24th will experience a significant processing and handling delay as we revamp our ordering and inventory management system. You will still receive your book, but not until we begin shipping out orders again in June.
