Christopher Miskimon

Christopher Miskimon began his military career in 1987 as an enlisted infantryman in the First Cavalry Division. In 2003 he obtained his commission in the Colorado National Guard and became a field artillery officer. Chris deployed as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009-10. He became a freelance writer in 2004. Since then he’s had more than 100 articles published, specializing in military history and current military affairs.
